Milan
If you want to have fun at night in Italy, Milan is the city for you! Well-known as the Italian fashion capital, the city is full of clubs (usually the entrance is free for women and €10/€20 for the men, but prices change depending on the day of the week) and places to have fun with your friends every day of the week! The city offers a lot of clubs to choose from. If you are not into clubbing, you can always go to "I Navigli" and have an aperitif there. Milan is famous for its aperitifs in almost every bar/restaurant. In general it's from 7 to 10pm and it is not as you expect... it's more like an early dinner, as there is a great offer of food and the prices are low (€8/€15 depending on the venue).
The Club is situated in the centre of the city (Moscova), you can easily reach the place with the underground (the stop is directly in front of the club). The music changes depending on the day of the week. On Tuesday the night is for slightly older people (20-30), Wednesday is Hip-hop night, Thursday is Erasmus night, Friday and Saturday they play more commercial and pop music. If you are planning to go here, you need to know the song you will sing inside. Check it out!
The Old Fashion club is the place for every student. Situated in Parco Sempione and best known for the Wednesday nights (Erasmus night, you want to be there, it's so fun!), the club offers pop/commercial music every day of the week (it varies). During the summer the venue opens its big garden and you can dance outside. If you are in Milan, you definitely need to try it! (Also Justin Bieber went partying there after the MTV Music Awards in 2015, therefore it is a real insider tip)
The Emporio Armani Caffè is a café during the day, but at night it opens the dance floor. Perfect if you are older than 20 and you want to dance in a fancy place in the centre of the city (Montenapoleone).
Just Cavalli Cafè is named after the stylist Roberto Cavalli and is situated in Parco Sempione (right next the Old fashion). People here are older than in the other clubs, so if you want to have fun in an elegant venue, this is the place for you!

What to pack
To be entirely involved in the Milan nightlife, all you have to pack are shirts for men (they won't let you in otherwise) and dresses and high heels for girls. For the ones who really like to sparkle, earrings, necklaces and bracelets are more than welcome! Don't forget you are in the fashion capital, and you want to look perfect while drinking your Cosmopolitan at Armani Caffè.
